It is important for all clients to review and proof their emails before sending. We understand that errors can occur during the crafting process, which is why we diligently send test/proofs to ensure accuracy before billing. Should any revisions be needed, we are committed to making corrections until you are fully satisfied. We kindly ask you to note that by pre-paying for your email blast, you accept the final content crafted specifically for your organization. While we strive for perfection, we cannot be held accountable for any proofing oversight on your part. Unfortunately, we do not offer credits or the resending of email blasts, regardless of the origin of the mistake. Non-profit, Transactional Emailing Fee Schedule:
$250 Introductory Offer (includes 90 days of service, up to 10,000 contacts, 20,000 emails sent, one signed confidentiality agreement and up to 2 hours of work during that period). Plus, you will be charged an extra, mandatory 1¢ per contact list cleaning fee.
After which, $150/90 day period, that has any emailing activity (includes 90 days of service, up to 10,000 contacts and 20,000 emails sent during that period).

Criteria/Reminder emails: $75 fee (which includes up to one-half (1/2) hour of labor, with additional labor charged at $42/hour). Reminder Email Notes: Requires a subject line change and 20% of new content added to the top of the email or a minimum of 150 words, whichever is larger. The "Additional Emails Sent" fee applies as well.

Answer Upstream Abuse Complaints/Affidavit: $50/hour answering against your list for spam allegations (rare, whether founded or not).
